I'm Victor Lupis. Entrepreneur. Leader. Builder.

I don't do this to prove anything to anyone. I do this because it's who I am.

I came from nothing. Made decisions that cost me everything. Paid every debt — to society, to myself, to the people I love. And when most men would have stayed down, I got up. Not because someone told me to. Because that's what leaders do.

I walked out of federal prison in February 2013 with nothing but my name and a work ethic that couldn't be locked up. Within months I launched Dynasty Building Solutions in Tampa, Florida. Within a year we were doing multiple millions in revenue. By 2019 we were doing it every few months. At our peak Dynasty averaged $20 million in annual revenue — built from zero, built from scratch, built brick by brick with my own two hands.

I've been featured on ABC's 20/20 and VH1's My True Crime Story. Not because I'm proud of where I started — but because my story is proof that where you start is not where you have to finish.

I also designed, developed and built a 4-acre commercial property in Tampa from the ground up — a 6,200 square foot construction office and a 4,800 square foot warehouse — acquired at $1.4 million and sold in 2025 for $3.3 million. That's not luck. That's vision executed.

When hardships hit — and they hit hard — I didn't fold. I recalibrated. I stood in my purpose. I stood in my belief systems. And I started building again.

Because that's what I do. I build.

Right now I'm in the middle of my next chapter — and I'm doing it in public, on purpose. So that every man who has ever lost it all, every entrepreneur who has ever been knocked to his knees, every father who has ever felt like the world was closing in — knows that it can be rebuilt. That your worst chapter is not your last chapter.

I'm building Victor Lupis Authenticated Collectibles in partnership with JAG Sports & Entertainment — bringing legendary authenticated pieces to serious collectors worldwide. I also proudly founded CallRev.AI — a newly launched full automation and revenue generation platform built on the same systems and processes I used to scale businesses to $20 million. CallRev isn't just a technology company. It's a complete business transformation platform that autonomously handles the workflows, automations, and tedious legwork that most businesses leave money on the table with — using AI voices, intelligent automation, and proven revenue-converting processes to help businesses capture the maximum amount of revenue without adding headcount.
